BBQ: There is a gas BBQ available Easter to the end of October, with gas provided.

Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic fibres), bed linen, cot mattress sheets and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels and appropriate footwear for use with the pool. 

CCTV/Noise Monitors: Noise monitors in the living space and games area.

Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay.

Coffee Machine: 2 cafetieres.

Cots: 2 travel cots available on request. These are for infants aged 2 years and under.

Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Departure: Please see When You Leave Your Group Stays Holiday House.

Dogs: 2 dogs welcome (small charge per pet). Please ensure you have read our Group Stays Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.

Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use outdoor plugs or cables from the house to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging at Holiday Homes). Please research the local area to find the nearest charging points.    

Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (wine glasses, champagne flutes, tumblers, highballs). 
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, 2-in-1 washing powder, hand soap.
Welcome Packs of shower gel, moisturiser and bath soak, hairdryers in all bedrooms, iron and ironing board.

*These items are not necessarily provided for the whole of your stay - you may need to buy more.

Features: Indoor heated pool, games areas with a pool table and table football, children’s play area and trampoline. 

Food Deliveries: Dart Fresh, Asda, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.

Garden: Secure outdoor area with large patio, garden furniture, children’s play area and trampoline.

Guests: This property sleeps 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. 1 extra guest can be accommodated on a sofa bed on the mezzanine at a small additional charge. For more details please see the Floor Plans.  

Highchairs: 2 available on request.

Kitchen/Utility: 2 built-in double electric ovens, 2 dishwashers, larder fridge, larder freezer, wine fridge, microwave, washing machine.

Music: No speakers provided. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.

Parking: Off road parking for several vehicles.  

Rooms: 5 ensuite bedrooms, large kitchen, open-plan living/entertaining space, mezzanine games area, pool hall, WC.

Room Configurations: All rooms have zip and link beds that can be arranged as super kings or twins.

Stairgates: 3 available for the top and bottom of the staircase and the mezzanine steps.

Swimming Pool: The pool is in the attached pool hall and is accessed externally. It is heated to 28-30 degrees and measures 7m x 3.2m with a constant depth of 1.2m. There is a ladder on the side for access. If guests wish to bring their own inflatables to use in the swimming pool these must not contain glitter.

Toddler Beds: 2 toddler beds available on request. These are for infants aged 4 years and under.

TVs: All ground floor bedrooms have Smart TVs, upstairs bedrooms have Freeview TVs, and there is a Smart TV with Sky Sports & Movies in the living/dining room.

Wifi: Broadband.

Woodburner: There is a woodburner in the living/dining room. This can be used Nov-Apr and an initial supply of logs is provided. More can be purchased at Bishops Lydeard, just a few miles away.

Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
