Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (feather and down), bed linen, towels, and towels for use with the hot tub are provided. Please bring appropriate footwear for use with the hot tub.
CCTV: There is no CCTV at this property.
Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay. Check in time – 4 pm. Check out time – 10am.
Coffee Machine: Smeg coffee grinder and espresso machine with beans supplied. At least 2 cafetieres.
Cots: 1 travel cot available on request. This is for infants aged 2 years and under. You will need to bring your own cot bedding.
Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring any glitter decorations into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Dogs: 2 dogs welcome (small charge per pet). 3 dogs may be allowed at owner’s discretion. Please ensure you have read our Group Stays Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property, but there are standard 13 amp outside plugs/adapters in the garage which can be used to charge up to 2 vehicles at a time. Guests must bring their own cables; the cost must be paid direct to the owner. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use cables or extension leads from the domestic power supply to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging at Holiday Homes). Please use this ZapMap to find the nearest charging points.
Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (wine glasses, champagne flutes, tumblers, pint glasses), napkins.
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, laundry pods, hand soap.
Eco toiletries provided (body wash/shampoo). No hairdryers. Iron and ironing board.

Guests can also hire a 2 storey Gathering Barn (extra charge) for gatherings/yoga/workshops by separate arrangement with the owner. This has a sound system, lighting and chill out space.
Firepit: This can be used year round. An initial supply of wood is provided.
Food Deliveries: Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.
Games Room: This is in a separate barn across the courtyard. It has a pool table, table football, table tennis, and a dartboard.
Garden: Large garden on different levels with seating areas and lawns. Barbecue, firepit, garden games (Boules, Jenga, croquet). Adjoins open fields with walks across the meadows to woodlands.
Guests: This property sleeps 17 guests in 7 bedrooms. Up to 4 extra guests can be accommodated on 2 small double sofa beds at no additional charge.

The farm runs a small events venue for weddings and functions on some weekends from June to September. The venue is sited on the far side of the farm and events are run in line with licensing laws, but guests staying at Gooseybank may occasionally hear the music. Depending on the event, guests may be able to attend events for free and enjoy a bar, live music and children's activities.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is on a terrace at the back of the house; it seats 12 and has lights, water jets, an ice bucket and built-in BlueTooth speakers.
Kitchen/Utility: 2 electric ovens, 5 burner gas hob, 2 x fridge-freezers, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Music: Sound bar with BlueTooth speakers in the living room. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.
Parking: Off road parking for 10 vehicles.
Rooms: 7 bedrooms (1 ensuite), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 x WC.

TVs: There are Smart TVs in the living area and in Bedroom 7, with access to streaming sites (own passwords required).
Wifi: Broadband.
Wood-burner: There is a wood-burner in the dining room and an open fire in the living room (fireguards supplied). These can be used Nov-Apr. An initial supply of logs is provided with more available to purchase from the owners.
Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
