Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic fibres), bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels and footwear for use with the hot tub and sauna. 

Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay. Check in time - 4pm. Check out time - 10am.

Coffee Machine: 2 cafetieres.

Cots: Cots are not provided at this property.

Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Departure: Please see When You Leave Your Group Stays Holiday House.

Directions: These can be found within your booking information after you have secured your holiday.

Dogs: 2 dogs welcome (small charge per pet). Please ensure you have read our Group Stays Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.

Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use cables or extension leads from the domestic power supply to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging and Holiday Accommodation). Please use this ZapMap to find the nearest charging points.   

Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (champagne flutes, tumblers, wine glasses).

Food Deliveries: Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.

Games Room: This has a pool table.

Garden: There is no outdoor space at this property.

Hot Tub: This is in its own room in the relaxation zone. It seats 8.

Kitchen/Utility: 4 x electric ovens, 4 ring induction hob, fridge-freezer, 2 x dishwashers, microwave. Drinks fridge in bar.

Music: Bose/Sony speakers. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.

Parking: Private parking for 3 cars. 24/7 public car park 200m from the property.

Wood-burner: There is no wood-burner, but there is a bio ethanol fire in the lounge/movie room, with one bottle of fuel provided
