Address: This can be found within your booking once you have secured your holiday.

BBQ: Gas BBQ for use Easter - end of October, with gas supplied.

Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic fibres), bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels and suitable footwear for use with the hot tub. 

CCTV/Noise Monitors: CCTV covers the car parking area, the central courtyard and the back field. Please see for more information.

Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay. Check in time - 4pm. Check out time - 10am.

Coffee Machine: Nespresso machine (original Nespresso pods – a few are provided). 2 x cafetieres.

Cots: 2 travel cots available on request. These are for infants aged 2 years and under. You will need to bring your own bedding for these.

Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Departure: Please see When You Leave Your Group Stays Holiday House.

Directions: These can be found within your booking information after you have secured your holiday.

Dogs: 2 dogs welcome (small charge per pet). Please ensure you have read our Group Stays Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.

Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use outdoor plugs or cables from the house to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging at Holiday Homes). Please research the local area to find the nearest charging points.   

Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party for 16 guests, glasses (highballs, tumblers, champagne flutes, wine glasses, plastic glasses for outdoor use),
Initial supplies* of the following:2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, scourer sponge, oven gloves, bin bags, hand soap, Seasonal Welcome Pack (typically locally sourced drink, a homemade cake and fresh flowers, though this can vary), hairdryers in all bedrooms, iron and ironing board.

*These items are not necessarily provided for the whole of your stay - you may need to buy more.

Features: Hot tub, games room, movie room, children’s play area, large private garden, access to 15 acres of private grounds with riverside BBQ area.

Food Deliveries: Dart Fresh, Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.

Games Room: Pool table and table tennis.

Guests staying at Meadows Drift also have access to a separate games room with a pool table, table tennis and table football. Note that Pippinsands and a smaller holiday cottage also have use of these facilities.

Garden: Large private, secure garden with outdoor furniture, hot tub and children’s play area. Access to 15 acre grounds shared with 2 other holiday cottages on the same site.

Guests: This property sleeps 16 guests in 7 bedrooms. For more details please see the Floor Plans.  

Highchairs: 2 available on request.

Hot Tub: This is in the garden and can be used year round.

Kitchen/Utility: Electric ovens, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer.

Music: BlueTooth speaker.

Parking: Off road parking for several vehicles.

Rooms: 7 bedrooms (4 ensuite), family bathroom, shower room, large kitchen/dining room, movie room/living room, games room, 3 WCs.

Room Configurations: All bedrooms have zip and link beds (super king or twin). Bedrooms 2 and 4 also have a single bed.

Stairgates: There are 3 staircases at Meadows Drift and 6 stairgates available on request – these can be used at the top and bottom of the stairs.

TVs: Smart TVs in the movie room/living room and games room with access to streaming sites (own passwords).

Wifi: Broadband. 

Wood-burner: Wood-burners in the movie room/living room, games room and dining room. These are for use from Nov-Apr, with logs and kindling supplied.

Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
