BBQ: Charcoal BBQ available Easter to the end of October, with 1 bag of charcoal provided.

Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic fibres), bed linen, cot mattress sheets, and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels and appropriate footwear for use with the hot tub. 

Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay.

Coffee Machine: 2 cafetieres.

Cots: 2 travel cots available on request. These are for infants aged 2 years and under.

Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Departure: Please see When You Leave Your Group Stays Holiday House.

Directions: These can be found within your booking information after you have secured your holiday.

Dogs: 2 dogs welcome (small charge per pet). Please ensure you have read our Group Stays Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.

Electric Vehicle Charging: 1 outdoor plug for EV charging. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use any other outdoor plugs or cables from the house to charge vehicles. Please see Electric Vehicle Charging at Holiday Homes for important information.

Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (champagne flutes, tumblers, wine glasses). 
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, 2-in-1 washing powder, hand soap.
2 hairdryers in utility room, iron and ironing board.

*These items are not necessarily provided for the whole of your stay - you may need to buy more.

Features: Hot tub.

Food Deliveries: Dart Fresh, Asda, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.

Garden: Fenced garden with lawn and patio with garden furniture.

Guests: This property sleeps 14 guests in 7 bedrooms. 2 more people can be accommodated on extra guest beds at an additional charge per person. For more details please see the Floor Plans.  

Highchairs: 2 provided on request.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is on the patio at the front of the house and can be used year-round. It seats 6 guests.

Kitchen/Utility: 4 single electric ovens, 5 ring built-in electric induction hob, full height fridge, undercounter freezer, 2 dishwashers, microwave, extra fridge, extra freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Music: No speakers provided. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.

Parking: Off road parking for several vehicles.  

Rooms: 7 bedrooms (6 ensuite), bathroom, large open plan living space, utility room

Room Configurations: All rooms have zip and link beds that can be arranged as super kings or twins. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have room for a single truckle bed at an extra charge each.

Toddler Beds: 2 toddler beds are available on request. These are for infants aged 4 years and under.

TVs: Freeview TV in open plan living space with access to Netflix.

Wifi: Starlink.

Woodburner: Double sided woodburning stove for year-round use in the open plan living space, with one basket of logs provided and more available to purchase from the owners.

Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
