12 extra guests can be accommodated at Hamble House in 4 self-contained studios and a Scandinavian style lodge. These extra beds are subject to a minimum 2 night stay and can be added as chargeable extras after you have made your booking.

The Lodge – Sleeps 2

The Lodge is set privately within the grounds of Hamble House and is a good size with an open-plan kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite shower room, and a private garden with decking and a hot tub. The kitchen area has a double oven, a 5 ring induction hob, a fridge and a microwave; the lounge area has a sofa, Freeview TV, a dining table and chairs, and bifold doors that open onto the decking. The decking provides a quiet spot for barbecues and a quiet drink at sunset.

Studio 1 – Sleeps 2

The Studios are self-contained, within the same building in the grounds of Hamble House. Studio 1 is on the first floor and has a large bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite shower room, a kitchen with a cooker, fridge and microwave, and a lounge area with a sofa bed and Freeview TV. Each Studio has its own washing machine, good wifi coverage, a patio with garden furniture, private parking and an outlook of the gardens. Ideal for couples who like their own space or for older people who like to turn in at a reasonable hour.

Studio 2 – Sleeps 2

Studio 2 is also on the first floor and has a good-sized bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite shower room. There’s a lounge area with Freeview TV and a kitchen with an oven, fridge and microwave.

Studio 3 – Sleeps 4

Studio 3 is on the ground floor and has a sofa bed in the lounge area as well as a king size bed in the bedroom. There’s a shower room and a kitchen with an oven, fridge and microwave; the lounge has a Freeview TV. This is a great option for a family with younger children who need an earlier bedtime.

Studio 4 – Sleeps 2

Studio 4 is also on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite shower room, a kitchen with an oven, fridge and microwave, and a lounge area with Freeview TV.

All of the Studios can accommodate a cot, so are a good option for young families.
