Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (all anti-allergen), bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own towels and appropriate footwear for use with the hot tub.
CCTV/Noise Monitors: CCTV covers the drive and most of the outside areas.
Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay.
Coffee Machine: 4 cafetieres (2 large, 2 small)
Cots: 2 travel cots available on request. These are for infants aged 2 years and under.
Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Dogs: 2 dogs welcome (small charge per pet). Please ensure you have read our Group Stays Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use outdoor plugs or cables from the house to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging at Holiday Homes). Please research the local area to find the nearest charging points.
Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery, for a dinner party, glasses (red wine, white wine, champagne flutes, tumblers, highballs, shot glasses).
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, 2-in-1 washing powder, hand wash and moisturiser in all bathrooms.
Hairdryers in all bedrooms, iron and ironing board.

Firepit: Firepit with grill and cooking pot for year-round use, initial supply of wood provided.
Food Deliveries: Dart Fresh, Asda, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.
Garden: Large gardens with terrace and lawns.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is on the terrace at the side of the house and seats 12. It can be used year-round.

Music: Sonos surround sound system throughout the ground floor. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.
Parking: Off road parking for 8 vehicles.

Rooms: 8 bedrooms (6 ensuite, 2 with a private shower room each), 2 shower rooms, large open plan kitchen/dining room, living room, snug, 2 WCs.
Room Configurations: Bedrooms 1-5 have king size beds, Bedroom 6 has zip and link beds (super king or twin), Bedroom 7 has a double bed and Bedroom 8 has a double bed and 3 singles.
TVs: Smart TVs in all bedrooms, snug, living room, dining room and kitchen.
Wifi: BT Fibre.
Woodburner: Inset woodburners in the living room and dining room for year-round use. An initial basket of logs is supplied with more available to purchase.
Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
