BBQ: Gas barbecue for use from the start of the Easter holidays to the end of October half-term. An initial supply of fuel is provided.
Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (hypo allergenic), bed linen, bath robes, slippers and all towels are provided.
CCTV: CCTV covers the entrance to the Estate and some of the external areas.
Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay. Check in time - 4pm. Check out time - 10am.
Coffee Machine: Nespresso machines in each house (standard pods, with an initial supply provided), Breville Bean to Cup machine in the main house, with beans provided
Cots: 2 full size cots available on request. These are for infants aged 2 years and under.
Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring any glitter decorations into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Dogs: Sorry, this property does not allow dogs.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There is a Zappi 22kw fast charger at the property for complimentary use during your stay. Extension leads cannot be used (charging cable to plug only). Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use cables or extension leads from the domestic power supply to charge vehicles. Please see Electric Vehicle Charging at Holiday Homes for important information.
Essentials: There is enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party for 20 guests, glasses (wine, champagne, water/spirit, and plastic tumblers for use with pool).
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, a dish cloth and scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, washing powder, hand soap, body wash.
Hairdryers in all bedrooms. Iron and ironing board.

All guests will receive a complimentary 1 day pass to Puxton Park (5 minute walk away)
Food Deliveries: Sainsburys and Morrisons and COOK will deliver to the Farm Shop at Puxton Park and the house managers will then transport your shopping to the property. Please arrange deliveries for between 9am and 4pm. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information. The delivery address is Puxton Farm Shop, Cowslip Lane, Hewish BS24 6AH.
Garden: Enclosed garden with large lawns, outdoor furniture and BBQ, duck pond and orchard with hammock.
Note that the duck pond is unfenced so children must be supervised at all times.
Guests: This property sleeps 24 guests in 11 bedrooms. Please see the Floor Plans for details.
The dining table comfortably seats 20 but can seat 22.
Highchairs: 2 highchairs available on request.

Main House – 2 electric combi ovens, 5 ring induction hob, US style fridge-freezer with built-in ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Cowbane Cottage – Electric combi oven, 4 ring induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Cowberry Cottage – Electric combi oven, 4 ring induction hob, tall fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Bedstraw Cottage – 2 ring induction hob, air fryer.
Music: The main house has built-in Bluetooth speakers in each room, the cottages all have portable Bluetooth speakers. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.
Parking: Off road parking for 20 vehicles.

Cowbane Cottage – Sleeps 6, 2 bedrooms, family bathroom, kitchen, living room (pull out double sofa bed on request).
Cowberry Cottage - Sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite), family bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room, private patio
Bedstraw Cottage – Sleeps 2, Bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen, veranda
Room Configurations:
Main House – Bedrooms 1-3 have a super king bed, Bedroom 4 has a double and Bedroom 5 has 2 singles.
Cowbane Cottage – Bedroom 6 has a super king bed, Bedroom 7 has a double, and a double sofa bed is available for the living room.
Cowberry Cottage – Bedroom 8-10 all have double beds.
Bedstraw Cottage - Bedroom 11 has a double bed.
Sauna: The sauna is in the spa hall and seats 4.
Stairgates: There are no stairgates at this property.
Swimming Pool: The pool is in the spa hall. It measures 10m x 6m, has a constant depth of 1.56m and is heated to 26 degrees. If guests wish to bring their own inflatables to use in the swimming pool these must not contain glitter. The spa hall also has changing rooms, showers and 2 treatment rooms that can be hired for private spa breaks.
TVs: There are Smart TVs in the main living areas and in all bedrooms, with access to streaming sites (own passwords required) and HDMI cable connections.
Wifi: Highspeed fibre broadband throughout the estate.
Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 10pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
