BBQ: Gas barbecue Mar-Nov, with gas supplied. During the winter months the barbecue can be available if requested before arrival.
Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic fibres), bed linen, cot mattress sheets (except travel cots), bath robes and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels and appropriate footwear for use with the hot tub.
Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay.
Coffee Machine: 8 cup cafetiere (another can be supplied on request), 10 cup filter coffee maker.
Cots: 2 full-size cots and 2 travel cots available on request. These are for infants aged 2 years and under.
Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Dogs: 2 dogs welcome (small charge per pet). Please ensure you have read our Group Stays Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet. Dogs must be fed outside or in the utility room.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use outdoor plugs or cables from the house to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging at Holiday Homes). Please research the local area to find the nearest charging points.
Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (highball, wine, champagne flutes, some pint, sherry and brandy), linen tablecloths and napkins.
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, baking paper, bin bags, 2-in-1 washing powder, hand soap.
Welcome Packs of shower gel, moisturiser and bath soak, hairdryers in all bedrooms, iron and ironing board.

Food Deliveries: Dart Fresh, Asda, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.

Garden: Large garden with lawns, garden furniture, children’s play area, courtyard patio.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is in the courtyard. It seats 8.
Kitchen/Utility: Range cooker with 5 ring induction hob and 2 electric ovens, 2 fridge/freezers, drinks fridge, 2 dishwashers, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Music: Bluetooth speaker. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.
Parking: Off road parking for several vehicles.
Rooms: 9 bedrooms over 6 suites (3 with shared bathrooms, 3 with ensuite bathrooms), large kitchen, dining room, play room, living room, drawing room, games room, cloakroom, rear hall, utility, WC.
Room Configurations: The Hellier Suite, Billington Suite, John Vernon, Charles Alford and Charles Elrington all have a king size bed. The Augusta Vernon and Elizabeth Alford both have zip and link beds (super king or twin), the Stannard has a double, and the Emily Elrington has twin beds.
Stairgates: 4 available on request.
Toddler Beds: 2 toddler beds available on request. These are for infants aged 4 years and under.
TVs: TVs in living room and games room, both with Sky Cinema, Box Sets & Sports. Additional TVs can be supplied on request for the bedrooms.
Wifi: Broadband.
Woodburner: Woodburners in living room, drawing room and games room. Logs provided year-round.
Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
