Private Yoga Classes
Coral brings you yoga sessions for groups, inside or outside at your large group holiday house. These can be as gentle or energetic as you like, bringing in relaxation, mindfulness, meditation and breath work. Each group member can go along with their own energy levels and do as little or as much as they wish, stopping for a break when needed. All equipment is provided, just show up in your comfy clothes; the only proviso is that you must all be over 12 years of age. Pair up with a follow on reiki treatment with a 10% discount.
