8/10 - Great property and can accommodate the 23 people we had staying (along with the additional Hideaway) - kitchen was big enough with plenty of pans/ cutlery etc. Dining area works really well. The Hideaway could do with some work as had a sewer smell and felt damp at times. Some of the shower heads are not useable as need a good descaling and one bathroom was either scalding hot or freezing, but overall, we had a memorable weekend :) - Whittle - August 26
