BBQ: This property does not have a BBQ.

Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (feather), bed linen, cot linen, bath robes, towels and extra towels for use with the hot tub are provided. Please bring suitable footwear for going to and from the hot tub.

CCTV/Noise Monitors: CCTV covers the entrance to the Estate and certain areas around it, and the entrances to the house.

Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay. Check in time - 4pm. Check out time - 10am.

Coffee Machine: There is a large filter coffee machine in the kitchen, with an initial supply of coffee provided. All bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities.

Cots: 1 full size cot in Bedroom 6. 5 travel cots available on request. These are for infants aged 2 years and under. 

Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Departure: Please see When You Leave Your Group Stays Holiday House.

Dogs: Assistance dogs only (no charge).

Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use cables or extension leads from the domestic power supply to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging and Holiday Accommodation). Please use this ZapMap to find the nearest charging points.   

Essentials: There is enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (wine, champagne, pint, water/spirit, shot glasses). 
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, a dish cloth and scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, bin bags, washing powder, hand soap, body wash.
Hairdryers in all bedrooms. Several irons and ironing boards which can be taken to bedrooms on request.

*These items are not necessarily provided for the whole of your stay - you may need to buy more.

Features: Hot tub, games room, gym, ballroom, extensive grounds with formal gardens and parkland.

Food Deliveries: Sainsburys, Asda, Morrisons and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.

Games Room/Library: This has a pool table.

Garden: Huge grounds including sweeping lawns, an Italianate sunken garden, Victorian rose garden and walled garden, outdoor furniture, extensive parkland.

The garden is not secure and there is an unfenced pond, so children must be supervised at all times.
There is always a member of staff/security resident on site, tucked away in a separate building at the back of the house. Staff are very discreet and will not be seen unless you need them

Guests: This property sleeps 20 guests in 9 bedroom suites. Please see the Floor Plans for details.

Highchairs: 3 available on request.

Kitchen/Utility:  Fully equipped commercial kitchen with 4 electric ovens, 2 electric combi ovens, 1 large hotplate, walk-in fridge, walk-in freezer, dishwasher, 2 microwaves, deep fat fryer, ice machine. Access to laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers on request.

Music: BlueTooth speakers in all ground floor rooms. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.

Parking: Off road parking for several vehicles, room for a helicopter to land.

Rooms: 9 ensuite bedrooms, ladies, gents and access friendly WCs, conservatory entrance, hall, kitchen, dining room, drawing room, sitting room, games room/library, ballroom, gym.

Stairgates: There are no stairgates at this property.

Toddler Beds: 3 available on request. These are for infants aged 4 years and under.

TVs: There are Smart TVs in all bedrooms, with access to streaming sites (own passwords required).

Wifi: Broadband

Wood-Burners: There are open fireplaces in the entrance hall, near the main staircase, in the dining room and drawing room. These are available for use from end Sept to Apr. Logs can be purchased on site.

Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
