10/10 - We had a brilliant time at Beaverbrook for a team off-site for 3 days. Amazing property set in incredible country side. Everything you could need and more. Tom and his team are exceptional and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The house is incredible and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend! - Allington - October 26
10/10 - Wow - what a house. It exceeded our expectations, which after the photos were high. The attention to detail, the facilities, the welcome from Anthony. It was beyond wonderful. If you are looking at this property to rent, do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed. I have never stayed in a place like it. I do not use this word lightly but the property was perfect for our birthday celebrations for 4 generations. 10/10 - Beaverbrook 20 is a truly wonderful holiday home. The communication, service and welcome from Anthony,Jo and Tom was fantastic.Everything about this place screams quality, the bedrooms and bathrooms are superbly appointed.The kitchen is of the highest quality with all you need and more to cater for large gatherings with a really impressive dining table allowing us all to eat together.The games room, cinema room and spa are exceptional. 10/10 - The most amazing property in a beautiful location. Our family holiday was extra special this year, spending our 40th wedding anniversary in this wonderful place. Plenty of room for everyone, the pool and the games room were well used. Nothing has been left to chance - plenty of ovens, fridges and dish washers, crockery, cutlery and glasses. Anthony is a very genial host, nothing is too much trouble and the attention to detail he and his team have put into Beaverbook will ensure a stay to remember.- Crossman - Aug 26
10/10 - This is 5 star holiday accommodation. Everything was immaculate on arrival and we thoroughly enjoyed the games room with pool, air hockey, table tennis and fusball. We used both the outside barbecue and Mongolian barbecue hut which was fun. The swimming pool was larger than we expected which suited the younger family. Plenty of room to sit out if we wanted but the air conditioning was much appreciated with temperatures in the mid 30s. Thoroughly recommended.- Clough - July 26
10/10 - Amazing, immaculate property from the decor to fixtures, fittings and amenities available. Attention to detail is second to none. Everything has been thought of to ensure guests have a memorable holiday. You can tell an enormous amount of thought and care has been put into Beaverbrook. We are a multi generational group who try and holiday once every two years. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed and we have stayed in some great properties. 10/10 - Stayed for 3 nights for a Golden Wedding celebration ages from 80 down to 2. Fabulous property the 10 en-suite bedrooms very comfortable. Kitchen with 6 ovens, 1 giant fridge-freezer & 2 other fridges plus 3 dishwashers and more than enough crockery, serving dishes & utensils was amazing. We used a recommended caterer on the Saturday night - exceptional. Pool, sauna, hot tub well used as were the games & cinema rooms. Outdoor area well used too big BBQ and little one loved the climbing frame. Will be back. - Hall - May 26
10/10 We had an absolutely amazing time the weekend!! I would very highly recommend this place to anyone I know! They have literally thought of absolutely everything and saved me the day we arrived from having a meltdown! 10/10 - We celebrated a big birthday with children, grandchildren & family. Everyone had an absolutely brilliant time, no one wanted to leave. The property offers everything you could wish for and more, in a beautiful peaceful setting. The host couldn’t do enough and was contactable if needed. A well equipped kitchen (with literally every utensil you'd need, and multiple appliances where necessary), huge communal rooms with space to all gather, and spacious and comfortable bedrooms. 10/10 - We have hosted our large family in many such houses but Beaverbrook was the best. It is beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and the service from the onsite family was second to none. 10/10 - Wow - what an incredible week we had! We booked the house for the week in the run up to our wedding in Lyme Regis for extended family and friends to stay with us. It did not disappoint. We had 8 teenagers/young adults who are easily bored but not here! Didn't see them on their phones much at all! Swimming, games, board games - it was absolutely perfect. Anthony and Jo could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The most delicious fresh blueberry muffins on arrival. Memories made for years to come. Everything you could want in the house. I had no idea I needed 3 ovens, 3 fridges and 3 dishwashers in a house before, but now realise I need them and wonder how I ever managed before! 😂A beautiful house where everyone had their own space which worked brilliantly. Everything was absolutely perfect and would highly recommend for a large family gathering. We didn't get to use the BBQ house in the end but it looked amazing! 10/10 - We went walking quite a lot visited the reservoir also horse riding at Hill View stables. 10/10 - We stayed for 4 days, Friday through Monday. The poor weather caused a power cut from Saturday Morning to Sunday night. Whilst it limited what we could do. The BBQ pit (BOMA) was great and we had a lot of fun. The Owners were brilliant and couldn't do enough to ease our plight and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 - Our experience was amazing from start to finish at Beaverbrook. We were first greeted by Tom who allowed us to check in early and walked us around the house giving great information. The house was absolutely spotless and had everything you needed. I couldn't fault this house in any way it was just amazing. 10/10 - The pool was a massive hit with all of the children and adults in the party - such a lovely space. The fire hut was also a lovely addition to our evenings. The games room was well used with so many different game options and movie nights in the spacious lounge were simply fabulous. 10/10 - The house is amazing and was loved (and now missed) by all 14 of us. Probably the dogs too. We had lovely weather, but even if we didn't there was so much to do and we utilized every room. Everything was spotless, the facilities were incredible and when the owner came to meet us as we left, you could tell he really cared that we had a good time and wanted to check if we had any problems. 10/10 - We previously stayed in Churchill 20, the same owner as Beaverbrook 20, which we utterly enjoyed. The warm welcome from Anthony and his team, and those lemon drizzle cakes were very tasty. The facilities within the properties are absolutely splendid. We certainly will be staying again (although alternating between Churchill and Beaverbrook). We can't recommend staying here enough.
