Joe Draper brings a very special bespoke dining experience to your large group holiday house. He’s worked for the likes of Marco Pierre White and River Cottage, so you know it’s going to be good. The produce he uses is ethical, local, seasonal, wild, organic and sustainable; Joe likes to work closely with the seasons, using wild and foraged food where he can. His style of catering is clean, fresh and rustic; the tastes and flavours are absolutely divine.

Flora's Food And Kitchen (Flora Bartlett)
Book Flora to come and cook for you at your luxury holiday house; she does relaxed lunches, celebration dinners and buffets, and offers a fully catered service for your whole stay. If you just want something delivered to heat up for supper, Flora can do that too. She’s a Prue Leith trained chef so you know it’s going to be good; ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, with organic beef coming from animals raised and grazed on her parent’s farm.

Caroline Wholey has catered for ski seasons in the Alps, summers in the South of France and autumns in shooting lodges. She’s spent a year in the USA as a family cook and has covered numerous director’s lunches in London. These days she’s happy catering for guests at their Group Stays holiday house, using seasonal ingredients to create the most delicious dinners and buffets. She will also deliver main dishes and desserts, and make occasion cakes to order.

For a true farm to dining table experience book Harry at Greencow to come to your large group holiday house and create an amazing 3 course dinner or farmhouse barbecue. This is proper food, using ingredients that are sown, grown or raised in the fertile fields of the West Country - ethically sourced, local and sustainable, local are his buzzwords. Harry grew up on a farm so he knows all about working with the seasons; he also knows all about food – how to prepare it, how to cook it, how to get the best from it, and what flavours work well together. He honed his craft with the likes of Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, River Cottage and Michael Caines, so even the presentation is amazing – this is food you’ll be wanting to post on your Insta feed before you tuck in.
