Marc at Soul Food has worked for several well-known restaurants, including the Castle Hotel in Taunton, Marc Hix, River Cottage and The New Angel at Dartmouth. He caters for all diets and will create a bespoke menu for a celebration dinner, cream tea, buffet, barbecue, canapes - whatever you want.
