Our Properties in Bristol

You’ve got to love Bristol; it’s alive, a city with a big heart that you can feel pulsating; it’s vibrant and it’s cool, and there is just so much to see and do. If you can squeeze in a trip whilst you’re on your large group holidays in the UK, do it.
But where do you start? Well, you could walk across Brunel's world famous Clifton Suspension Bridge that spans the Avon Gorge, but you’ll need a head for heights. Those who like their retail therapy can head to the Shopping Quarter, to Cabot Circus, or for something a little more quirky, to the Old City. The hipsters should take a mooch along Gloucester Road and Stokes Croft where you can see some of Banksy’s finest street art; this is where it’s hip and happening, with lots in the way of shabby chic and vintage, and countless independent shops and cafes. Clifton Village is well worth a look round with its elegant Georgian architecture, an eclectic mix of shops and eateries, and a wonderful Victorian arcade. See the sunken graveyard at Birdcage Walk when you’re here, or go and stretch your legs on the Downs.
Take in the Christmas Steps Art Quarter, explore the winding streets and alleys, visit the galleries and studios. Down by the waterside the former port has been transformed into The Harbourside, a throbbing cultural hub with the old Victorian warehouses packed with museums, galleries, and bars.
Yep, it’s a city that dances to its own beat, loads of regular markets all over the city, heaps of events and festivals throughout the year, like the Balloon Fiesta at Ashton Court, the maritime Bristol Harbour Festival, and there’s even a slapstick comedy festival. Have a day out with the family at Bristol Zoo Garden or Bristol Aquarium, go and see Brunel’s flagship, SS Great Britain in its dry dock, or travel through space at We The Curious.
Bristol; you’ll love it. If you get the chance, go there.
