BUMBLES BARN - Devon

Bumbles Barn is a luxurious five-bedroom property located on the a North Devon Estate. This beautifully converted barn features striking triple height vaulted wood ceilings and exposed stone walls, perfectly blending with the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The barn offers accommodation for ten to eleven people, along with cots for additional convenience.

Guests can enjoy the stunning views from the large private deck, which includes a hot tub, garden furniture, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, BBQ, and chimnea. Whether it's catching the sunrise, sipping coffee, having al fresco meals, or relaxing in the hot tub during sunset, there are plenty of opportunities to unwind and indulge in the natural beauty of Devon valley.

The ground floor of the barn features a well-equipped kitchen with a four-door electric aga and an espresso/cappuccino coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cloakroom, utility room, and a downstairs toilet. The highlight of the ground floor is the impressive triple height drawing room, which opens onto the private deck and offers magnificent valley views. A cozy snug area with a comfortable sofa is located in a corner of the gallery above the drawing room.

The sleeping arrangements in the barn are thoughtfully designed. The ground floor houses a bedroom with a super king-size bed and an ensuite shower room, accompanied by a beautiful sunroom that opens onto a private terrace and enclosed lawn. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a super king/twin zip and link bed connected to the family bathroom, complete with its own balcony and valley views. Tucked away in the beams of the barn is a cozy twin bedroom.

On the opposite end of the building, there is a Family Suite that comprises a spacious master bedroom with a super king-size bed, a dressing room, and an ensuite shower room with a double sink. The master bedroom opens onto the decking area and offers panoramic views of the valley. Above the master bedroom, there is another twin bedroom/playroom, accessed through the main bedroom but completely separate, featuring two full-sized twin beds. Built-in discreet stair gates ensure safety throughout the property.

Bumbles Barn is an ideal retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation after exploring the breathtaking North Devon coast or the untamed landscapes of Exmoor.

For additional convenience, the property grants access to an indoor swimming pool which is available 7am to 9pm (Fridays 4pm to 9pm).
