BBQ: There is a gas BBQ available Easter to the end of October, with gas provided.
Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows (synthetic fibres), bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels and appropriate footwear for use with the pool.
CCTV: CCTV covers the driveway and entrance to the property.
Check In Details: This information can be accessed within your booking 4 weeks before your stay.
Coffee Machine: Cafetieres.
Cots: 2 travel cots available on request. These are for infants aged 2 years and under.
Decorations: Please be respectful if you wish to decorate the property for a special occasion. Guests must not bring balloons with glitter into the property or garden and must not stick anything to walls, fixtures or furnishings.

Dogs: 2 dogs welcome (small charge per pet). Note that dogs are restricted to the ground floor only. Please ensure you have read our Group Stays Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are no EV charging points at this property. Due to insurance restrictions guests will not be able to use outdoor plugs or cables from the house to charge vehicles (see Electric Vehicle Charging at Holiday Homes). Please research the local area to find the nearest charging points.
Essentials: There is enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party, glasses (champagne flutes, wine glasses, tumblers).
Initial supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet. salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, a dish cloth and scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, bin bags, hand soap.
Wonham House guest soap for each guest on arrival, hairdryers in each room, iron and ironing board.
*These items are not necessarily provided for the whole of your stay - you may need to buy more.
Features: Heated outdoor pool, hot tub, games room, soundproofed movie room and private bar.
Food Deliveries: Dart Fresh, Asda, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose and COOK will deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.
Games Room: Pool table and table tennis.
Garden: Large grounds with terraces leading onto 36.5 acres of fields and woodland.
NB: Some areas will be fenced off and there may be livestock in the fields so dogs must always be supervised.
Guests: This property sleeps up to 24 guests in 9 bedrooms. For more details please see the Floor Plans. Note that extra beds will not be in the bedrooms unless they are selected within your booking at least 7 days before your arrival date. If extra beds are requested after your arrival a charge will apply.
Highchairs: 2 provided on request.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is on the patio near the pool and can be used year round. It has 2 built-in loungers and comfortably seats 5.
Kitchen/Utility: 2 electric ovens, 2 dishwashers, 5 zone induction hob, 2 larder style fridges, microwave, ice maker and fridge/freezer in utility room, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Movie Room: 86” Smart TV with full Sky package and access to streaming sites.
Music: Bluetooth speaker. Note that, as per our Terms and Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to this property.
Parking: Off road parking for several vehicles.
Rooms: 9 bedrooms (7 ensuite), family bathroom, shower room, large kitchen, utility, snug, dining room, drawing room, games room, movie room, private bar, WC.
Room Configurations: Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have a super king bed, Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a king size, Bedroom 5-9 have zip and link beds that can be arranged as super kings or twins.
Swimming Pool: The outdoor pool is on the terrace at the side of the house. It is heated for use from Easter to the end of October* and measures 7.5m x 3.6m with an even depth of 1.2m. If guests wish to bring their own inflatables to use in the swimming pool these must not contain glitter.
*The pool can be used outside of these months but will not be heated and must be requested in advance.
TVs: 65” Smart TV in the snug.
Wifi: Broadband.
Woodburner: Woodburners in the dining room and snug for use year round. Logs are supplied.
Please note that the following applies as per our Terms & Conditions and House Rules: No noise after 11pm (consideration for neighbouring properties) - no smoking or vaping – no candles, open flames, disposable barbecues, fireworks, lanterns or drones – personal electrical items must not be left charging unattended nor devices left plugged in whilst away from the property - appliances such as washing machines and cooking equipment should not be left running whilst away from the property – electrical items must only be used according to manufacturer’s instructions – personal extension leads and adapter blocks should not be used.
