Holemoor Stabes is commodious, bright and airy, and very welcoming. The well designed layout makes it private, and if you close the gate, it's all secure. The pool is 10m x 5m with a constant depth of 1.2m, and the games room has a pool table, table football and table tennis - so plenty of opportunites for in house competitions! Please note this property owner will require a cautionary deposit of up to £500 three weeks before your arrival.
Step into the light filled corridor of the main building and go right to 3 of the spacious en suite bedrooms, or left to the huge open plan living space, with 3 more en suite bedrooms further on. Full height windows and French doors allow uninterrupted views over a pond (fenced off) to beautiful open countryside, with the Blackdown Hills rising in the near distance. The style is homely modern, with oak doors and furniture, and Travertine flooring throughout; there's a fabulous Shaker style kitchen and a huge bespoke dining table that seats all 18 guests - think of the happy celebration dinners you can have here!
Big comfy sofas entice you to put your feet up and relax, or to curl up with a good read; a wide flat screen TV means you won't have to miss that all-important match, and you can all get together for a relaxing movie night.
All bedrooms have plenty of room and are stylish and well co-ordinated with restful neutral tones and the occasional splashes of colour. There's wardobe space and blackout blinds, and zip and link beds can be configured as superking or twins according to your requirements. The en suites are roomy and modern; 4 are wet rooms (one is fully accessible), and the other two are shower rooms.
To the other side of the courtyard is a self-contained annexe with three further bang up-to-date en suite bedrooms, a cosy snug area, and a small kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. 2 of the en suites here are wet rooms, whilst the other has a bath tub. This annexe is ideal for families in your group with very young children, or for those who like to have their own space away from the crowd.
The main kitchen is fully-equipped with the latest appliances and gadgets, including two dishwashers, a microwave, an American-style fridge-freezer and ice making machine. If you enjoy cooking, you'll be in your element here! If you decide to hire one of our tried and tested caterers to come in and create a lavish feast for you they'll have all the space they need.
You can easily keep an eye on the children happily playing in the lawned courtyard, and they'll have heaps of fun on the sturdy play equipment in the grounds. Plenty of garden seating allows for relaxing barbecues on the patio, and for gazing out over the lake and fields to miles and miles of open fields and copses. It's bliss!
