With over 30 year’s experience in managing hospitality businesses and agencies, we work
to the highest standards for owners and customers achieving top levels of user satisfaction.
OUR SERVICES
We receive and book a diverse range of enquiries ranging from small family reunion weekends
to large fully catered weddings and corporate events and everything else in between!
It is our attention to detail and personal service that sets us apart, and we are happy to say
receive many repeat bookings and are recommended to others by satisfied customers!
WHY USE US?
Group Bookings are notoriously difficult to organise, and finding just the right accommodation
or venue for your requirements usually involves hours of research and often ends in failure.
At GroupStays, we take all that responsibility off your shoulders, and can usually find just what
you have been looking for in a few short days. In addition, we can organise all the little extras
that will make your booking “extra special”, and are experts in planning “surprise events”!
HOW IT WORKS
Initially, we suggest you complete our Booking Enquiry Form to which you will receive an initial
response within 24 hours. If we need to know any further details from you, we will contact you,
otherwise we aim to make initial offers to you of suitable accommodation or venues quickly.
If none of these initial offers are suitable, or your requirements have changed, we will carry on
searching for just the right place for you until you are ready to book, or cancel your enquiry.
With a high success rate, you can be assured you will always receive our personal attention.
TARIFFS AND PAYMENTS
For speed of booking and clear and honest pricing to customers, we work to standardised
Tariffs Charts as a basis for pricing your booking. However, as the venues, accommodation, and services onsite you may require are so diverse, we then assess each booking on an individual
basis to arrive at an agreed total tariff that you can divide or quote to the rest of your group.
We ask that you decide on a “nominated” person from your group to gather payments and deal
with the booking, although we are happy to provide individual guest receipts for a small charge.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS*
We have a simple set of terms and conditions applicable to bookings made through us, and a
copy of these can be forwarded to you on request, and always accompany booking paperwork.
